Role: Platform Support Engineer
Job Description:
- Within predetermined SLAs, keep an eye on and reply to consumer inquiries via phone, chat, and email.
- Identify and fix L1/L2 technical problems, such as incorrect workflow configurations, API malfunctions, and inconsistent data.
- To identify breaking logic, examine logs, follow workflow execution paths, and examine JSON payloads.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 0–2 years of experience or freshers can apply.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML, and CSS.
- Familiarity with Java, Python, or JEE frameworks.
