Job Description:
- Provide support services to assist customers and field staff in the configuration and troubleshooting of installation and functionality issues with Windchill Products.
- Provide a customer-centric service by understanding the customer’s issue, knowledge of PTC products, and comprehension of Support Services processes.
Eligibility:
- B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, E&TC, or Electrical Engineering.
- 2026 batch can apply.
- Freshers with strong Java and database knowledge.
